Consultation
Following the outcomes of our recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey and the Housing Services Review which we commissioned, we wish to improve the way we deliver our services significantly. As a result, we are working on a number of policies to ensure that the service improvements our residents are asking for can be delivered in a quality style. We are currently consulting our residents on a number of policies.
