Introducing Firebird Homes

Firebird Homes is an unregistered subsidiary of Manningham Housing. It was established early in 2004 to pursue a range of commercial activities, in particular housing for sale and market renting. These new activities will enable Manningham Housing to achieve growth and respond to the demands of its customers by providing a wider range of products.

In recent times, other RSLs have become partners with Manningham to use Firebird Homes as a vehicle for developing new homes through the partnering route of the Housing Corporation.

In all, strengthened by Firebird Homes, Manningham Housing will pursue continued development of new affordable rented homes primarily, whilst providing a broader product base for a wider clientelle, especially, in geographical areas outside the inner city wards of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
