Dedicated Staff We have dedicated staff in our Housing Services department for creating and managing tenancies, and for maintaining our properties.
Day-to-day Management of Housing Schemes The department is responsible for the day-to-day management of all our housing schemes, including mutual aid lettings and tenant reward programmes.
Other Responsibilities  Housing management staff also: Arrange for repairs to be undertaken Help new residents to settle in Encourage tenant involvement in the management process Deal with breaches of tenancy conditions Keep a neighbourly eye on elderly and disabled residents Give advice on welfare benefits Give approval for minor alterations or improvements that residents wish to make to their homes Deal with emergency situations that may arise Provide culturally-sensitive services
