Anil Singh is the Chief Executive and provides leadership and strategic management to the Board and staff. He has worked in housing for over sixteen years. Anil holds a BSc (Hons) Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Anil is South Asian.
Masoud A Khan is the Director of Finance. He has nearly thirty years' experience at a senior level with a number of firms of Chartered Accountants. His qualifications include ACA and also membership of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He is Asian.
Rupert Pometsey is the Director of Development. With a background in community architecture, he has worked in social housing for over a decade. He is a qualified and chartered architect, and also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Rupert is African.
Kemi Ilori is the Director of Housing. He combines expertise in supported housing with an in-depth understanding of housing management, gained over many years of developing and managing social housing. Kemi has a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Administration, and a Master's degree in Housing Policy and Practice. He is African.
