Ansar Ali is the Chief Executive. Ansar is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has substantial experience of working in the housing sector. Ansar is committed to improving housing conditions in the Bradford region.
Masoud A Khan is the Director of Finance. He has nearly thirty years' experience at a senior level with a number of firms of Chartered Accountants. His qualifications include ACA and also membership of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Kemi Ilori is the Director of Housing. He combines expertise in supported housing with an in-depth understanding of housing management, gained over many years of developing and managing social housing. Kemi has a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Administration, and a Master's degree in Housing Policy and Practice. He is currently completing a doctorate degree in Housing at the University of Bradford. Kemi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Nigel S Guy is employed as Managing Director of Firebird Homes Ltd. He has over twenty years experience in the construction Industry & passionate about design quality standards in Making Homes Affordable He has a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Building Studies & Surveying and an Architecture (International) B.A. (Hons) degree. He is an Affiliate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Paula Arrowsmith is employed as Human Resources Manager with over fifteen years experience in the public and private sector. She has a B.A. (Hons) in Humanities. She is also a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD).
