Rent Visit by Your Housing Officer 

You can arrange with your Housing Officer to visit you regularly to collect your rent, subject to mutual convenience, safety and security.

Rent Visit to our Office by You 

You can arrange with your Housing Officer that you will visit our offices regularly to pay your rent, subject to mutual convenience, safety and security. 

Paying Your Rent by Girobank Transfer 

You can pay by transfer to our Girobank account 605 3440. Please ensure that you quote your tenant account number when making payments. 

Paying Your Rent by Standing Order 

If you have a bank or building society account you also have the option of paying your rent by Standing Order from your bank account. Standing Order allows us to automatically collect the correct rent due. We will notify you when the rent changes so you can advise your bank. If you wish to pay by Standing Order, please complete the Standing Order Mandate attached to your copy of the Tenants Handbook and take it to your bank. Please send a copy of the completed Standing Order Mandate to your Housing Officer, for our files. If you do not have a Tenants Handbook, please let us know. Credit card and Debit Card Payments                         
You can also pay your rent using your credit card or debit card. This means tenants are able to come to the office and use their credit or debit card to make rent payments. In fact, you may wish to make a payment over the telephone by speaking to your Housing Officer on 01274 771144.

 

Alternatively, you can use our website and allpay.net’s to pay your rent. Online services allow tenants to pay their rent online, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is no registration process required prior to using the service, making it quick and easy to carry out either regular or one-off payments. If you wish to make a payment, please click here.
