Typically, we have about seven properties to let every week. In addition to being advertised on our web site, these properties are also advertised in our offices and on Homehunter, the choice-based letting system of Bradford Community Housing Trust. There is a long waiting list, and most properties go to those who have been on the waiting list longer, in addition to their severe housing needs.
