Despite all the challenges of the last 20 months it has been successful for MHA. I am proud of how we have supported our communities throughout the Covid pandemic. We won the “Outstanding Communications” award at the Northern Housing Awards in November for our work with tenants and residents during the Covid pandemic. Whilst we did not win it was also great to be shortlisted in two categories for the prestigious UK Housing Awards for “Landlord of the Year” and “Neighbourhood Transformation.” We have been re-accredited with both the Customer Service Excellence and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion accreditations from the Centre for Excellence. Not only were we re-accredited but we excelled in many categories and achieved compliance plus across a range of areas.
