Finance and Performance Officer (maternity cover, full time) £26,156.14

We have a great opportunity to join our team as Finance & Performance Officer role to cover maternity leave.

Job Purpose
To provide effective management accounting and performance monitoring services to the organisation. Ensure financial records are maintained efficiently and to a high level of accuracy, including the administration of purchase and sales ledgers. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, processes and controls to safeguard MHA’s assets, represent best practice and value for money, and comply with all financial reporting, regulatory and legislative requirements. Ensure MHA operates to the highest standards of compliance and probity.

Responsible for
Day to day management accounting and performance monitoring, and supporting the effective delivery of all aspects of financial service provision to the Association and its stakeholders. Undertaking customer insight activity to provide timely, relevant information to the organisation to facilitate the continuous improvement of customer services.

Welfare Benefits & Financial Support Officer (full time) – £25,344

We have an opportunity that has come up for a Welfare, Benefits and Financial Support Officer for 37 hours per week. The role will be to deliver a first class service to our customers at the first point of contact and the role involves advising and actively assisting MHA tenants on financial inclusion matters such as welfare benefit claims and income maximisation.
