Director of Finance and Resources (Full time, c. £75,000 p.a)

We are seeking to recruit our new Director of Finance & Resources who will be responsible for Finance, IT, Governance, Procurement, and Performance and report directly to the Chief Executive. You will be a professionally qualified accountant who has a track record in successfully leading a range of services and teams and has a strong interest in the communities we serve.

Repairs and Maintenance Manager (Full time, £40,630.67 p.a.)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Repairs and Maintenance Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will lead from the front and by example, taking full responsibility for the delivery of a first class and customer focussed repairs and maintenance service as well as all first point of contact services for Manningham Housing Association.
