Subject Access Requests

Under the General Data Protection Act (GDPR) 2018, a subject access request (SAR) is a written request made by or on behalf of an individual for the information which he or she is entitled to ask for under the GDPR. The request does not have to be in any particular form.

Sending to MHA

If you would like to receive information that MHA holds on you, please email and we will respond within 30 calendar days.

You will be asked to provide identification and once we receive that, the SAR is logged as active.
