Manages supply of quality housing, capturing good design and practice meeting housing, care and support need to older people in addressing loneliness through independent living, residential, dementia and home care solutions. 2018 ‘Best Residential Scheme’ winner with RICS / LABC.

At the Housing Corporation / Homes & Communities Agency oversaw delivery partnerships. Responsibility for coordinating and representing to boards regulatory engagement, assessment of performance and investments. Extensive experience of local government, charity and third sector environments. Established Care & Repair Home Improvement Service at LB Hammersmith & Fulham – assisting older / disabled residents in repairing and adapting homes, improve health and mitigate against expensive interventions.

Experienced Non-Executive Director, alongside duties as Manningham’s Deputy Chair, board member of Unity Enterprise (manages 52,000 sq. ft. of commercial workspaces on three sites, involving 50 businesses employing 500 people). Member of Audit & Risk Committee overseeing assurance and risk management at Manningham and Unity.

Fellow of Chartered Institute of Housing and completing EMBA at Bradford University’s School of Management. He accomplished project manager with the Association of Project Management.

Research Associate – Salford Housing & Urban Studies Unit contributed to 25 research and consultancy projects. A co-authored study looking at ‘Mortgage Rescue – Meeting the Requirements of Special Needs Groups’ informed principle of utilising public funds to avoid repossession.

Member of NHF’s – Delivering Great Homes Group, providing strategic and development input to shape policies and programmes with government and sector. Independent Chair Schools Appeals Panel and Ambassador with National Training Awards, encouraging others to seek recognition from their learning and development.

Club cricketer, Level 2 Coach / All Stars Activator with ECB. In 2017 recognised ‘Heartbeat of the Club’ at Yorkshire Cricket / ECB’s OSCAs (Outstanding Services to Cricket Awards). He delivered ‘Light of Faith Tour’ with Vatican, Church of England and others, using cricket to bring people of different faiths, background and communities together.
