Nabeela Naseem, Senior Customer Services Officer

Nabeela is the Senior Customer Service Officer and has been working at Manningham Housing Association since 2015. Nabeela’s initially started as an Income Assistant, and within 3 years she progressed to her current role where she manages the Customer Services team.

Having graduated at Bradford University, obtaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Criminal Justice, it took a while to decide on a chosen career path.  Nabeela decided to work within a Customer focussed environment, setting her off on her current working life.  She has a passion for helping people, and it is this passion that has allowed her to develop so well in her roles as she always has a customer-focused approach.

Nabeela has a very well-rounded knowledge of the needs of Customers and the Housing Sector, and she has recently completed the Housing Diversity Network Mentoring Programme to enhance her skills and expertise of Housing.
