Tom Finch, Head of Property Services

Tom joined MHA in August 2023 and brings over thirty years of experience in the property and development industry and is responsible for the Property Services function. Tom has worked in client, consultant and contractor roles across the development cycle, having held senior positions in both public and private sector organisations, with a focus on the Social Housing sector for the past two decades, including HSPG, Leeds City Council and Mears Housing Management.

Tom has wide experience in Asset Management and Property Acquisition, including working with third-party funders and developing portfolios of both rented and shared ownership assets, bringing private sector funding into the social housing sphere and has presented at the major UK Housing Conferences. Tom has experience with large-scale repairs and maintenance programmes and contracts and is well versed in both standard and bespoke forms of contract, including PFI housing schemes.
